Cory Nixon,  is a Los Angeles-based director, and producer. The majority of his work discusses and challenges concepts of race and sexuality. As an artist in a storytelling medium, he believes that film is a powerful catalyst for change. Accessibility has always been at the front of his mind as a filmmaker, and humor is a powerful tool. He is often inspired by 90’s slasher/comedies. He is interested in utilizing the accessibility of this genre to tackle more serious issues.
